Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were luxurious and impeccably clean, but the service was untrained and exceptionally slow. The location was convenient but crowded by outsider visitors. The dining was good, but there was a slight disconnect in meeting expectations. Despite some downsides, the facilities were adequate for my stay.
Upon arrival, the room was ready, but unfortunately, it was a smoking room despite my request for a non-smoking one. The pillows had a faint smoke smell, and the bathtub was not cleaned as expected. There were also no coffee or refreshments in the room bar as stated in my reservation.
The hotel offers luxurious rooms at around $900 per night. Despite some air conditioning issues, the rooms are plush and comfortable. The service is supportive and helpful, although a bit slow at times. The location, though noisy and affected by traffic, is close to various dining and shopping options. The dining experience is diverse but lacks consistency in quality. Overall, it's a high-end stay with some room for improvement.
